(July 27, 2019, 10:17 pm)I just think the fact that they mark up in store is mind blowing. But they do price match. Overall the employees are knowledgeable and sure eager to help. As a new puppy owner they make it less overwhelming.
(July 14, 2019, 6:00 pm)My puppy loooves here. A good shopping place we can go with our dogs! The training classes are helpful. Adam is such a great coach. He still remember my puppy's name although we graduated long time ago. The grooming area is Ok but always very crowded.
Update on 10/22/2018
This place is worse and worse. We miss their good staff who used to work here. They were very friendly and helpful. You can feel that they really like animals they weren’t working only for the hours. The cashier who helped us check out this morning was really cold and unfriendly when we needed help. So disappointed. I decide not to come back to this store unless we have to.

I’ve noticed a change of staff, the workers are really helpful and I hope they keep up the good work!
