(February 27, 2019, 10:16 pm)Wonderful experience as usual. I love this Sam's Club. The staff is always incredibly helpful, courteous and they always go the extra mile for their customers.
Tonight, I left my Sam's Plus membership card and had to make all of my purchases at the customer service desk. Denise, who I actually thought was a manager, went out of her way to assist me. I thought she was a manager because she wasn't wearing a vest, but, it turns out she was a marketing rep in the store.
She was so pleasant, courteous and patient with this purchase. I won't forget my card again, but, I'm so thankful for amazing people, who understand that to err is only human.

(December 27, 2018, 7:01 am)Great place to get bulk. My wife and I find we buy more from Sam's Club than we did from Costco when we had both memberships. We enjoy the buy online and pickup at the store. It saves a lot of time when shopping.
