Stephen is the man! After relocating to The Woodlands/Conroe area I found myself in need of a new barber. I went in for the first time and described how I had been getting my haircut for years, and how I wanted to change it up. Stephen gave me the best cut I have ever had. He had extreme attention to detail and provided a great experience - never once did I feel like the haircut was rushed.

Stephen is the best barber I have ever had. I took my nervous son in for a cut and he loved all the art work on Stephen's walls and how professional and friendly he was. My son left saying he had a new best friend. Highly recommended Rouges for all barber services

I've been looking high and low for a good barber in the area and I FINALLY found one! Stephen gave me the best haircut I've had since moving here. I explained what I wanted and he delivered and some! Good conversation and he gave me tips on how to style my thinning hair. I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone who needs their haircut or a shave!
