These guys should get a 6 star review. We purchased a new 2022 Wildwood Grand Lodge in August of 2022. We are full timers. A few days in we noticed the shower was leaking on the floor and under the trailer. After a long battle between the dealership, we contacted Mobile Tech RV. The team was very professional. They accepted a tough job of having to completely remove the shower, fix the sloppy work performed by the factory, and put it all back together. It was a tough and frustrating job, but these guys did an outstanding job. We highly recommend this company to work on your RV.
Hands down the best service and care I've received since I joined the RV/mobile van community.
I had a problem with an on demand propane water heater that four people worked on and could not get hot water running. Contrary to industry standards, being that I work out of a custom van, I cannot just leave my van somewhere for weeks so that someone can look at it. When I called and talked to Keith he gave me options, explained the cost, and was incredibly gracious when I called back the next day and changed my mind how I wanted to setup an appointment.
The cherry on top of this whole experience, beyond incredible customer care and an actual appointment when I waited less than l 10 minutes to be seen, was the follow up. While we did not solve my heater problem at l the in person appointment, the owner called me direct the very next day after sitting with
my concern. It was through that conversation that we now know exactly what the problem is and have created a temporary hot water solution. It's been a long time coming and I'm incredibly grateful for their service. These l guys are the real deal! Definitely a breath of fresh air that considers the customers needs above industry standard of "park it and I'll get to it..."
This is where I will go for all of my future needs for my custom van and my RV.

Called yesterday and spoke with Cindy about changing my awful wall lighting in our Tiffin Phaeton. I have found some beautiful sconces from one of our local lighting stores (home lighting) and was curious if that was a possibility. She told me she would get me an answer and let me know but I just figured they would forget about me. To my delight, I received a phone call this morning from David, who was very knowledgeable about all things RV electrical, answered my question and went into great detail about how lighting works in our coach. Their follow through was amazing! If you are in the Houston area or just passing through, these guys can change out your dated RV wall lighting with whatever store bought fixture you pick out. (providing the right size bulbs are available!). Thanks guys!
