I needed a replacement part (electronic device /usb charging unit) for a nite stand that I purchased along with a bedroom suit from Value City Furniture in Indy. I left a voice message and within a day or two, the rep contacted me back. To help identify the problem, she allowed me to text photos and diagnosed the problem on the spot, and subsequently put the replacement part in the mail within a day or two. She explained how the part was possibly damaged to avoid future occurences. The part was mailed free of charge and I had it within a week of notifying them of the problem. Very happy with the service and part works as it should.
