(August 9, 2018, 4:08 pm)These people are amazing. Right before a big trip with my daughter we found a major technical problem with our ride. The local shop really had no idea what to do. I called Ric and explained the situation. He knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it. He even got on the phone to explain it to the local shop and then we Fedexed them the parts. I wish Ric had done the work but at least we can ride. Those of us who love tandems know there are subtleties and complexities. Knowledgeable professionals make all the difference. (And they are ultra nice)

Each time offering professional advice and service. They are extremely knowledgable about the unique requirements of tandem equipment, fit, function, and serviceability. If there were six stars, they would get it! We highly recommend!
