Generator Exchange, Llc, thanks a million for having extraordinary employee such as Ms. Lauren S. I never used your service before, I do not know anybody in your company, before I called you I cheeked the revues and they were outstanding. I called for an appointment and I was told that my address was about 50 mails out and I might have to pay additional money due to high gas prices. I agreed, and was given an appointment for April 4, 2022. Today, Ms. Lauren called me and text me to ask me if I wanted the service Technician to come today, I would not have to pay extra money, since he was servicing in my area. This gesture on part of Ms. Laurin was heart warming for me. I am 80 years old, (Lauren did not know my age)and God knows I can use any little help I can get. Her action going over and beyond to accommodate a total stranger was commendable. She also reassured me, if I ever have any issues with my GENERATOR BEFORE THE NEXT SERVICE, TO FEEL FREE AND CALL .
Ms. Lauren told me a service man by name Matt S. will be calling me at least 30 min. before his arrival. Matt was awesome, great personality, knowledgeable and professional, he got to work, did a complete service at no time.
