Houston Medical ER

My elderly mother was real sick with covid on a Sunday evening. So I took her to Houston Medical ER Spring near home. The front office girl Laurie was very friendly and helpful and got us in within 5 minutes. Her kindness eased our stress and anxiety. Shortly after that, a medical staff came to do viral signs and the nurse came to get informations from us. Dr Zohra was very professional and explained to us what prescriptions she would sent to pharmacy after a thorough exam. Their great team quality care made my mom a quick recovery. The Medical Staff are hardworking and you are well taken cared of. You feel that you are in good hands. The medical staff takes care of you in all that you need be it medical needs as well as giving you warm blanket in case you are chilling or feeling cold. I know it, i experienced it!

We brought in our toddler for Flu-like symptoms and they took us back right away, no wait. Dr Hussein and his nurse were fantastic and very gentle with our baby. They ran tests right there at their own lab and gave him medicine to make him feel better. This is our new favorite ER.
