My wife and I own several Land Rovers. I have dealt with shops in Utah, Colorado and Texas and this is by far the best one yet. We had one shop install parts incorrectly and cost us a fortune. British Unlimited, Luis and his crew did not have any issues tackling some one else's poor workmanship. They were fair, honest and very informative as to what the problem was. They documented everything with phone calls, pictures as things were dismantled. They kept and provided all the old parts to show the areas of concern. I don't think you could ask for more from a shop. I am hesitant on taking my Defender 110 anywhere. These gents have gone out of their way to help. To date we have had the timing chain done on the LR4, new transmission and gearbox upgrade, new pistons, head gasket and machining on my 300TDI. They do all our maintenance as well. Could not recommend them more.

PS - They don't do locks on peoples houses! :)

I thought I would share my recent story of getting my 2016 RRS TD6 repaired. First of all I just bought it in December 2018 from Expo Motorcars IMO stay away from there... anyway, by April 2019 the check engine light came on twice. I had to buy new tires and needed a complete brake job including a new caliper.

The Southwest Land Rover dealership wanted to charge me $5,600 for throttle body replacement, front and rear brakes and replace the caliper. And another $255 for an alignment and in a few months they recommend i come back for a mileage service for $1,200.

So I thought that was outrageous so I pulled my car from LR southwest Houston to British Unlimited in Spring, Tx where I got a hell of a deal. Instead of replacing the throttle body they serviced it for a fraction of the cost vs $1.8k at the dealership then they did the complete brake job for a great price for a Vs $3.7k at the dealership. They Also bleed the brakes, did an alignment, an oil change topped off fluids, replaced cabin filter and reset service light!

Never mind the reasonable prices, their consummate customer service was amazing! I was able to get Multiple questions asked. We communicated via text and phone call throughout the entire process! If that’s not great care and service I don’t know what is. I say all this to say if you’re in Houston, Tx and you aren’t getting warrantied work done at the dealer it is worth the drive to Spring/ The Woodlands to British Unlimited where Luis And Steven will take good care of you!

I recently purchased a 2004 Land Rover Discovery through British Unlimited. I’ve wanted this model for along time. Luis and his team made it happen. I currently live in San Antonio but previously met Luis and his team while having our other Rover serviced through him while living in Houston a few years back.

I cannot say enough of Luis and his staff. They exceeded my expectations with my Disco! He made sure it was in great shape for me to drive back home to San Antonio. I trust British Unlimited when it comes to these types of vehicles, that I made the trip from San Antonio to them in Houston and would do it again!

took land rover here cause no lights came on Serviceman Lois was very nice ask to leave vehicle give them a couple days to look at it . was called back told what was needed and cost of repairs was pleased with service and quality of work . if you have a land rover that needs repair give them a call they are a little far out but worth the cost.
