(March 4, 2019, 12:30 pm)We love bringing our son here. He is our second one to come here. I love the Montessori approach and the way the children are treated and taught. It is ALWAYS clean and my favorite thing (even though non of my children came here as babies) is that no shoes are worn in the baby room since they crawl around. We will happily be sending our 3rd child here as well.
(January 30, 2019, 1:11 pm)As a first time mom it was hard for me to make the decision to find alternate childcare for my son. I knew once i visited this school that it was the best fit for my son and I. The thing that really stood out to me is how diverse the school is, one of my son's teachers is from the Philippines and the other is from Venezuela. They not only provide excellent care for my child but they also teach him things even in the infant room. My son is almost one and he says some words and he also communicates with the sign language they teach him. I love how they accommodate all children regardless of race or background. It's really important to me that my child is some where i feel comfortable. I have had him at 2 centers before and pulled him out when i wasn't satisfied but this school is a great fit for us. I love the Montessori environment and the education my child is receiving, they celebrate all cultures and very inclusive and that is important to me especially as a african-american mom. Thank you Springwood for everything you do for my child and i am excited from him to grow within this school.
(January 29, 2019, 8:48 pm)Love how diverse this school is! There are so many families from around the world as well as the teachers. I feel very comfortable having my biracial son in this school. He has learned so much in the past year I'm simply amazed by everything he does. At 15 months he is fully capable of throwing away his trash, cleaning up his toys and even his spilled milk.
(October 4, 2018, 10:30 pm)We love Springwood! My kids have attended for over three years now and we have had a great experience. After trying several typical daycares around town, we found that the Montessori learning style worked best for our kids. The atmosphere is always so calm and mellow...something you never see in the average daycare setting.
