I came here on a Sunday afternoon to grab a burger with my lady. I ordered the burger medium rare, and it actually came out that way, which was fantastic. The burger was a bit bland, but it was well prepared. The traditional fries were tasty. We ordered the red velvet tres leches for dessert. I would’ve liked it a little bit wetter, but that’s just a personal preference. It was tasty as well. I’d come back.
OMG so Amazing. Wonderful customer service and Excellent food. The grill jumbo wings is a must have and the chicken fried steak is absolutely delicious. My husband and I first time here but it will not be our last. Customer service is outstanding and exceptional. The managers came and introduced themselves and check on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.
The Republic Grille in Spring deserves a resounding 5 stars for its inventive dishes and commitment to scratch-made cuisine. The dining experience was elevated by the blend of Texas and Southern flavors, creating a unique and diverse menu that left a lasting impression. Quality time with friends and family was enhanced by the warm ambiance and attentive service. If you're seeking a local culinary journey with exceptional flavors, The Republic Grille is an absolute gem.
Today, I enjoyed the Grilled chicken with BBQ sauce, grilled vegetables, and mashed potatoes. Everything was perfect and delicious. Two days ago was my first time eating here. I ordered the special of the day, Grilled Salmon with grilled vegetables. Everything was so delightful. For dessert, we have had the homemade pecan pie and blackberry cobbler. Trust me when I say you need to save room for dessert. The service here is so excellent. We will continue to come back often.
It was a bit rocky to start out. The hostess seemed to be more concerned with a call on the house line than acknowledging me standing there. On my second approach, giving the reservation name, she was friendly, letting me know the table wasn't ready yet as we were 10 minutes early. Once seated, the waiter was polite. Young enough to not know what a Roy Roger's is but old enough to recommend a sourlemondrop cocktail. The menu had some interesting choices like Carolina Shrimp and Grits, Pasta Valentino, and Mac & Cheese Bites. Everything was well portioned and midly seasoned. The large party single check was a hassle, but the manager worked with us to get the itemized bill to divide up. I liked that they weren't circling the table after the meal looking to move us out. All and all a good choice.
