(June 30, 2019, 9:18 pm)My 87 year-old mother fell at her retirement community and fractured her pelvis in the last week of May. AYS supplied quality care givers on no more than 24 hours' notice. The Admin staff were uniformly helpful and sympathetic to her needs and ours. It's now July and AYS has consistently been communicative and respectful of the balance between an aging mom's wants and her kids' perceptions of those needs. Excellent care and attitude on all fronts. the care givers interface great with her new assisted living staff. I strongly recommend them.
