Thank you Andrea. You are an angel. And my problem was so simple. I felt like a complete idiot after she showed me how to answer my phone without my earpiece. I am not techy at all and have never had to use my phone without my earpiece. I definitely know where to go when I need to know something about my phone. Seems when I called Samsung they couldn't help me, which doesn't say much for Samsung when I explained that I couldn't answer any of my calls when they came in. It was just a matter of sliding the "answer" button instead of just pressing it. Can you tell me why Samsung couldn't do that. Not to mention Samsung when I explained the problem had me go in and reset the network which in turn created another problem. No Wi/fi. Which I didn't know until I went to see Andrea. She went to my carrier's site and re-programmed my wi/fi. As I said I'm not tech savvy and would never have known to do that. So thank you Andrea for all you did. You have my business forever if and when I ever need your service again. And as non-techy as I am that could be many times. Thanks a million.

If I could give it more than the 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. OMG!! So fast and so respectful. Andrea is super special. And my problem was just not being techy smart. It was so simple. But she was amazing. Even went into my carrier's website to re-install my Wi/fi which somehow was not present. I am so grateful to her. I was so afraid that I would be having to buy a new phone and at today's prices I would have been without a phone forever. Thanks Andrea.
