The Republic Grille

Excellent! Our waitress, Peyton, was amazing, and all the staff were welcoming! I had a cup of tomato bisque soup and half the grilled cheese sandwich on TX toast. The perfect amount for a light brunch and the food was excellent! There's a full bar here, too. As good as the food was, the wait staff was even more impressive! Hannah was Peyton's trainer and was also lovely, and the whole staff was professional and polished. I recommend this restaurant!

What an awesome event!. Our monthly 'ladies lunch group' met at Republic Grille today. Ian, our server elevated our experience. The food was delicious (I forgot to take pics of my Grogan Salad) but the service set it apart. Every need was anticipated and attended to. There was no request forgotten. From the moment we sat down to asking for to go boxes and finally our bill (graciously separated 9 different checks) we were received with "Yes, ma'am" and a smile. Ian's parents raised him well and right and I hope his employers recognize that his level of customer service is 100%! The food is spectacular and the service above board.

Absolutely loved our visit! This was our first time but we'll definitely be back. They were busy but everyone from the girl who sat us to our waitress was awesome! Our waitress paid attention to us but didn't "hover" Can't wait till our next date night so we can go again

The food was so delicious. Every bite was so flavorful. It felt like heaven. This is by far the best restaurant I have ever been to.
