Believe this is my third use of Max Sheffield Plumbing. They are prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I don't think twice about calling them and the always give me great information. They answer all your questions and, in my experience, teach you ways to avoid having the same issue again! Always good to learn new tricks! I appreciate the great same day service and phone calls with smiling voices! Keep up the great work!

My main drain was blocked. I had no idea why. Greg showed up, explained to me what the problem was. Then almost instantly, he cleared it for me and used the camera in the drain to make sure everything was ok. Greg was very professional and I want to thank him for a job well done !

Greg helped to diagnose and resolve a problem with a strange smell in our bathrooms. He provided a very high-level of service as always and we know we can rely on Max Sheffield Plumbing to do the job right the first time. We would strongly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Service could not have been better. The dispatcher was polite and prompt, the service person arrived within an hour of my call. Greg was terrific, figured out the problem and solved it within an hour. The service is quite cheap, and I got very good value for my money. My emergency call was at 10pm on a Friday night, which may be one of the worst times to get a problem fixed quickly, so I was even more impressed with the service. Great work!

We had a slow drain in our tub and lots of gurgling in the sink next to it. It wasn't an emergency but I did want to get the drain line cleared before it turned into one. I decided to try Max Sheffield Plumbing and Greg came out this morning and did a great job. Not only did he do a thorough job, he was good with explaining what he did and offered advice on how to help keep the drain clear. I would definitely call them again.
