We came to The Woodlands for the weekend it was our first time here. As soon as we checked in James took care of us and was so heart warming and welcoming! The next day my Husband went down to the lobby to have a few drinks at the bar right next to check in and James was there and was very attentive and friendly. Our last day checking out we had the pleasure of seeing James once more to check us out and I can’t express how much his hospitality meant to us here at The Hyatt and The Woodlands, I don’t always leave reviews, but thanks to James we want to give 5 stars for giving our trip and even more positive impact on this trip. The Hyatt is very lucky to have someone at the front to greet like him.
Thanks again for everything to James and the Hyatt we will be back soon!

Staff was amazing, from the beginning they offer you champagne. After a long flight that gesture really makes your day . Shout out to Laura at the front desk she was so welcoming and helpful.

We had a great experience at our Christmas party. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very clean, and welcoming. The servers were all professional and friendly. The hotel grounds were well lit and conviently located directed in the heart of the Woodlands!

Our company has had several meetings at the Hyatt Place Woodlands this year. Sarah and Carmen (and Oscar) have been especially helpful and accommodating to our needs! Their customer service has exceeded our expectations. Whatever we needed, they provided! Their food set ups, selection, clean-up and special requests were all top notch. Well done!

Didn’t sleep but came here to meet a client. I’m a fashion designer and I was styling a client who stayed here. The room was well lit and perfect for pictures and videos the hotel is typically one I’ll stay at very conducive.
The drive I’m is soo dreamy, I love it.
