White Horse is a welcoming gym with experienced coaches that tailor advice for you to be successful. The gym is goal and progress oriented with structured sensible workouts. Don’t worry about not being able to do a workout out because the coaches have modifications to every exercise. This is the place to be if you are looking to find a group of ambitious people too. I’m glad I made the transition.

Best gym!! I joined back in September not knowing a single person. I was also at the absolute worst shape I’ve ever been in. The progress I have seen since joining is incredible. The coaches are so knowledgeable in helping you where you are in your fitness journey, whether that be scaling back or pushing you to do more, and the environment is so fun. Definitely so happy I joined!

Amazing gym!! Dropped in from out of town and was greeted with enthusiasm by the coach and members. Super kind people and a great coach who gave plenty of scaling options and was very proficient with teaching us the technical lifts and encouraged everyone throughout the whole class. Would definitely visit again!!

Cant recommend more. Everyone is incredibly warm and welcoming. All fitness levels and everyone is there for their own goals and no judgement. You’d be hard pressed to find another community like this, especially if you are just starting your CrossFit journey. I’ve been to many CrossFit gyms over the last 10 years and I’m so glad I found this one after my move to The Woodlands!
