“For my first visit to this office, it meet my expectations, and the price for an annual exam was extremely fair. The front desk pleasantly answered all of my questions over insurance, payment, and changing the date of my appointment in the several calls I made before I was seen. I had three appointments scheduled and was out within an hour (appointments were roughly 15 minutes a piece) and there where two people ahead of me upon arrival. Invoices and prescriptions were printed off and promptly in hand after seeing Dr. Pham in her office. Was hesitant to go based on the reviews but from my own experience would return if needed.”

“I frequent this place and although the staff look beaten down the store is well stocked, and bathrooms are always clean. In the kitchen gadgets/appliance section the ceramic griddle is a must for $20 and 2yr warranty for $3 just makes it a purchase that won't go wrong. I frequently buy groceries here and the produce I have gotten has always been good however they did have rotten food on the bottom storage bins so just be careful. Their hot sauce selection is fire 🔥🔥 Their baking section for alternative sweeteners and flour is also note worthy (mung fruit sweetener, cassava flour both around $5) I buy the large egg packs here and their best price in town beating Costco at a whole $1.17 in price. Their auto center has good pricing, their auto center supply though usually run out of things 🙃 This location for hair products is also on point but for some reason don't have a lot of serums from the lines they carry.”

“We hired Heather to replace carpeting with hardwood floors in three of the rooms in our new house. Heather was very responsive from the start and even moved her schedule to accommodate us (as we were coming from out of the state). Her initial assessment was very thorough and she spent a great deal of time explaining the process and planning with us. She also matched the exact type and make of the hardwood floor to the rest of the house without any issues, which was impressive considering the overall shortage of building materials during this time period. The workmanship was excellent and her team was very dedicated and fast. Since we were out of state, Heather came by our house multiple times during the work to inspect and give us updates and send pictures. Our new floors are pretty much perfect and three months on, we have seen absolutely zero issues (this is a very different experience from our previous new construction house, where our builder had several spots of unevenness that needed to be fixed). On the pricing side, Heather was very reasonable, especially given the rising cost of building materials. She also charged us very reasonably on labor for what was clearly a highly skilled team (the team was led by Jose). Finally, Heather was a great person to interact with. She was smart, engaged, fun and interesting. We would readily recommend Heather and her team based on our experience and would definitely use them again.”

“Neil worked with us this evening answering all of our questions with patience and expertise. He walked us through addressing a refrigerator issue using geek squad. Then continued to educate and help us purchase our TV and even took the time to help us narrow down a sound system. We have shopped at best buy in the Woodlands for years and everyone has been helpful but never have we experienced the customer service that Neil offered tonight. We kept him there after closing as he continued to answer our questions with kindness and enthusiasm. “I took my Peking Chinese rug to Rug Treasures in Scottsdale to find out if he could clean and rebound it, and the cost. I have spoken with several rug dealers. Raj at Rug Treasures was the first to spend the time to inspect the rug. He knew everything about the rug, it’s province, how it was made, and was pleasant and happy to share this information with my son and I, unlike other dealers We had attempted to speak with. Unlike Raj, we were rushed out the door when I explained I could not afford to clean and have the rug rebound just yet. Raj advised me what needed done, gave a more than fair price, and even gave me a verbal appraisal. Without charging me. I was told by others to use a marker bed to cover the white background spots. Raj said he would match the colors using proper dyes and do each spot individually, the way Re rug was created. He properly folded and tied the rug and helped my son put it in the car. This man is not only knowledgeable but it is obviously he has a passion and love for his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Raj at Rug Treasures for all your oriental rug needs. In addition to working on rugs he has an amazing inventory of all manner oriental rugs.”
