“This Bed, Bath & Beyond in The Woodlands is one of the nicest ones we've been to. When we can't find a product at one of the other locations in the Houston area, we are usually able to find it here. The store is kept pretty clean. You rarely see an employee on the sales floor or can find one when you need help or have a question. The registers are normally blocked off and all traffic is rerouted to the customer service desk when 2-3 cashier check out one customer at a time. Although there are a lot of colors to pick from when it comes to curtains, sheets, pillows, etc., it seems like you can't find many basic colors (i.e. shades of browns/tans). A lot of items that are bought in pairs (i.e. curtains), or as an addition to another product being purchased, are missing one if those items more times than not. The shopping trips here are usually more pleasant than not. We hope that BB&B will survive Chapter 11 so we can continue to shop here. (March 2023)”

Sharmla, the owner, has a very keen eye for design, color, and texture. She met with us, and then came to the house. Together we found the perfect fit! Our new drapes were hung expertly by Albert and Phil, who took great care to hang them exactly as we liked. Sharmla, also came by to make sure that all was perfect. As a 61 year old man with a severe bite issue, I had worn my lower teeth down to a point that Dr. Comeaux said was getting to a point of no return. Absolutely had to do something. He developed a plan to replace my entire lower set of teeth with crowns to help restore proper spacing and remove the threat of a very real dental problem. The plan was executed over a series of weeks and the final outcome was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. I am sincerely appreciative, not only to Dr. Comeaux but also to his extremely capable staff. “My boys have been coming here for over a year and this place is just amazing! Wonderful sweet staff, I honestly love and appreciate each and every one of them! and the twins just love coming here!! They do crafts everyday and they are so proud to show off all they do in what they call “baby school” lol And the most amazing thing is the flexibility and hours of operation, I mean for families without a lot of support around this is a saver! My husband was able to be with me in the delivery room thanks to the fact that the boys were able to stay somewhere that we are know they are safe and cared for until 10pm!”

“Big Thank You to Tyler and Mgr. Steven! These guys are great, they really looked after me. First off they were a couple of guys short today and super slammed. I'm impressed how they still managed to take care of business well and even went above and beyond with the amount of work they performed. I asked for one tire to be balanced with my oil change due to a curb check adding a wobble at high speed. So happened I got this tire last Nov. @ with Walmart. On arrival the attending clerk looked up my records and assured me I was good for the tire balance and would only have to pay for the oil and top down service I requested. ... Did I mention these guys were obviously swamped? At checkout my total was far beyond what I had come to pay or could even afford 😔... Apparently upon entry all 4 tires were marked for balance and rotation by mistake... And they did a bang up job too, but... I had to explain my request and apologise that I could not afford the new bill with the total care they gave my car 😓... At the register Tyler listened attentively and promptly got Autoservice Mgr.
