“Cindy did a great job helping me to find and close on my home. I was a recently divorced father of two and she came recommended to me. I gave her a list of requirements including good schools and amenities for the kids. Her knowledge of The Woodlands and its surrounding communities was extremely helpful. She found the right house very quickly and we had a offer to the seller on the same day. This was during a seller's market where sellers were entertaining multiple offers simultaneously. Her knowledge of the market helped us to determine the right offer without "over-offering", yet enough to entice the sellers. She stood firm on negotiations including dealing with an adverse inspection report from which many of the items, the sellers agreed to repair or otherwise compensate for. The icing on the cake was her decorating ideas which came in very handy for a new single dad. “Came in right at closing and the regular retail banker was busy, but Ryan was more than happy to help me replace my debit card that had a broken chip for months. I asked him about affinity designs and he had no problem letting me pick out one even though they were closing. He even offered to call the credit card department and have them set me up with affinities for my two credit cards because they are about to expire. “I received a Starbucks gift card which I appreciate very much. Not being a heavy coffee drinker, I thought I'd buy a few bottles of latte -that sugar and caffeine shot that will wake me up on a long drive. At the store however, I figured a couple of pounds of coffee would carry me over this and next years. I chose the dark roast; it is really strong. So now I heat the milk and add some coffee and enjoy my delicious latte at home for breakfast and dinner.”

“This place was so super nice. I took my mother here and she was super impressed. The Chilean seabass was AMAZING, best fish I have ever had. The salmon special was also very good. The service was top notch, wine uncorking was close though not perfect. Either way i really liked it. The food and the service and the ambiance. There was live music that was pleasant and really added to the atmosphere. All around nicest place i have been to here in Texas.”

“This store rates 5 stars for cleanliness, friendly staff, and an excellent beauty consultants. I had red carpet service from Kim in cosmetics. I experienced superior service from the sweetest staff member Idalis in pharmacy. And I always enjoy the outgoing friendly help from Hilario on my way out. I've read some of those negative reviews posted about staff at this store but I have also witness how some customers get nasty and rude with the pharmacy staff but the staff somehow manages to put up with all that verbal abuse from some customers who don't get their way. Treat others how you'd like to be treated.”
