  I have visited several nursing homes when searching for a home for my brother in law. Although there are more elegant surroundings available elsewhere, the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff is actually more important. He was in a nicer place in Lubbock but was very unhappy because of the staff. Here he is very happy.

  The facility may be old, but those that work there are absolutely wonderful! I've been in contact with many of these types of facilites, but this is one of the best. There is no longering smell of urine, the residents are clean and seem well cared for, and the staff is quite helpful. It would be nice to see some renovation done, but as long as my dad gets the care he needs, I will be satisfied. That's what counts the most.
