(November 4, 2019, 9:04 am)I have banked at this location since 1994. Like everything in life there are ups and downs. Decades ago this service was somewhat unsatisfactory but the last ten years have been good. Yes the wait times are long sometimes but I've witnessed that it is the customers needs that make it so. For the most part I'm satisfied with the service and plan on staying a customer.
(April 15, 2019, 8:14 am)I really like this bank because the staff are very pleasant and helpful. For the people who are impatient; 15 minutes isn't a long time. Quit being impatient, because there is no telling how much their workload is. I also love this bank because they don't act like my money belongs to them and they mind their own business! I also feel that the employees at this bank really care about me, which is a huge plus in this world!! If something bad happens you can expect apathy at other banks, but not here. They will do their best to help!
(January 20, 2019, 7:00 pm)Normally in and out quickly. Staff is great. Longer times understandable near closing, on Friday payday and some during lunch hour.
