(November 20, 2019, 11:53 am)Wonderful first experience! I took my kitten in for his first vet visit and shots. The girls up front treated him like he was their very own and loved on him! Made me smile! Our tech, Kelly was the most wonderful person and tried her best to make my little guy comfortable and happy! Dr. Hall was very professional and took her time with us to answer any questions and went over every thing! All of the staff I encountered were amazing, friendly and couldn’t have asked for better! Y’all keep up the amazing work, my kitty and I thank you!
(November 13, 2019, 6:31 pm)I took my dog here when she was on her last days. Everyone there was so compassionate and understanding. No judgment was given or false hope. We really appreciated everything they did. We had to euthanize her and didn’t keep her ashes. A week later we received a card with handwritten notes from the staff and her paw print. This place was amazing.
(October 17, 2019, 8:12 am)We truly feel like they love us and all our dogs like family and good friends. They have been so professional and gracious through all the stages of a dogs life with us and the care that comes along the way! From helping us say goodbye to 3, to helping us as new owners again, to welcoming puppies with an expectant mom. We have seen every Vet, and tech and they are all professional and solid with their care.
(August 1, 2019, 7:12 pm)I took my 4 month old Rottweiler puppies here today & was very happy with my experience. The girls at the front desk were extremely friendly & helpful. The office was very clean & had a welcoming environment. The staff expressed concerns in a respectful way, no long waits & very professional. I highly recommend Stone Ridge for all your fur baby’s concerns & wellness exams.
