Needed a battery for my truck and didn't want to drive to the next city on an undependable battery, but he couldn't find the one I needed on the shelf, so he spent 20 minutes looking for the one I needed that the inventory said he had. Most stores, they'd have sent me off to the next location rather than take the time!”
