We were told the house would be ready by December 2018 and through setbacks and delays we didn't officially move in until the end of March 2019. Thankfully, my wife and I were in a position were we could be patient and wait for that. If not, i'm sure it would have been a different story. The whole process from the loan folks, Ashley and Kristina, was smooth and painless. They really made it super easy and were always attentive to our questions and had answers each time. Corky the sales manager was incredible. He was always there when we had questions or concerns, took care of things that we brought up to their attention, kept us informed and updated on the house and told us we could reach out to him 24/7. Steven the building manager was a good guy as well, took the time to build our house the right way and fixed everything we pointed out. He was very clear and informative to show us everything around the house and told us if we needed anything he was a phone call away. Overall we are blessed and satisfied with the house.”
