Northwood Village

Signed a 13 month lease here, and only ended up staying 4.5 of those months. Connie, the apartment manager, is very helpful and was always available to answer any questions I had. Greg, the maintenance man, was very knowledgeable and fixed multiple parts of the apartment, including the shower knobs, the garbage disposal, and a hose for the kitchen sink. Upon move in, the apartment was clean and appeared to have a fresh coat of paint and new carpet. We always had plenty of parking space for our own vehicles and visitors vehicles. The apartment landscape was always very kept and they did regular work on it. Overall it was a great experience!

So first off, I don’t live here but I get hired to take photos of a lot of apartment properties. This property seemed like they had their act together as far as the grounds and general appearance is concerned and it didn’t look like they just cleaned it up last minute for me or just kept the front row of apartments nice while those behind languished. These photos aren’t my “nice” ones - just iPhone pics. As always, do your own homework! Hope it stays this way!

I love this apartment place! I been here for almost 4 years and I love the friendly atmosphere! I love the pool, the BBQ area and all the wonderful nice staff. Their friendly and nice. They always have great communication skills, always fix maintenance orders when or if I need them done. Probably one of the best apartments I lived at. They let me have my emotional pets (with doctors letter of course). They have always throw amazing parties or do contests for the holidays. I don't want to move. The staff here is so caring and considerate. They always post flyers to let you know what's going on and send out emails and phone calls. Love this place wouldn't live anywhere else.
