The New Management Team is Amazing. Definitely the Best Landlord I’ve had living in Corsicana.. She always make sure whatever you need gets done or addressed quickly! Absolutely Love Staying here.. From what I hear from other resident who been here longer than I have when the previous management was around also say it’s like night and day.. if your looking for a new place you definitely should apply!

If you are looking for a decent place to live without drama this is the place for you & your family but if you bring drama, this is not the place for you.

Very wonderful place. Me and my new wife just moved in with open arms and found not only the neighbors but the amazing land lord extremely nice and pleasant.

My wife and I recently moved in. My understanding is that it has a new owner. Yes, it's a little dark at night because of lack of proper lighting. However, it is a super quiet place to live in, you can't even tell when the kids are home from school. I can tell you that the homes have a great price for the area, and the staff is friendly.
