Thankfully. Also they have hundredssss of flavors to choose from and mix them right in front of you. The guy that's usually there knows some recipes by heart lol.

(January 22, 2021, 4:20 pm)I've been a customer at Premier for the past few years and won't have to go anywhere else for the foreseeable future. Weekdays you can find Rick there to answer ANY vaping related questions. The guy just knows it all. Great prices, great flavors.
