They greet you in a very kind manner , address your issues, and offer you a shuttle or a ride home if you're going to have a long wait on a repair. Or offer you coffee, cappuccino,and donuts and popcorn if you want to wait .It's very clean ,and comfortable in the waiting area with the two TVs to watch ,and find out information about your vehicle and some of the things you might want to have checked out .If it's chilly wear a jacket though because it's a little cool with the door opening as people come in and out a lot .They got my car in and out in a timely manner and explained what the problem was and I was on my way , very nice people ,I would recommend them to anyone needing service for their vehicle .
