    Getting nicer and nicer. New owners and new manager and new maintenance. Cleaner then it has ever been before.

    No drugs, no noise, no traffic, no bickering. Well maintained and upgraded daily. R V spaces coming soon. Terry Williams is a hands on property manager having full authority to lease and evict. Fair and honest. The newest owner ,Steve Burleson ,is all about his trailer park not being your typical trailer park. He spends the money to fix, repair, and make things nicer. And Joe with his wife Terry do all the fixings as a team. Great place....
