(January 23, 2021, 8:24 am)I love it here I have been a member for years I enjoy the massages which are a great deal. The cycling class i enjoyed sprint but I also enjoy rpm. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The instructors are amazing so are the personal trainers. It's a fun amazing place that gives you great results
(December 4, 2020, 10:43 am)My whole family enjoy working out here. Friendly and welcoming environment. Great variety of equipment and facilities. The pool area as alos great too. My son enjoys going swimming and my husband and I enjoy the hot tub.
