American Auto Sales

So far they have been outstanding. The car we are buying has had some water damage but it has been restored and is spotless. They were upfront about the water damage which I really appreciated. I have had some delays caused by working with an out of state lender. American Auto Sales has been working with me every step of the way. I look forward to completing the transaction and will follow up with this review once my purchase is finalized.

I don’t understand these harsh reviews. Perhaps one person has gotten many people to complain about one lady. The lady we had was super nice. We showed up 15 minutes after closing and she was on her way out for dinner. She said she would let us look at a few. We apologized and told her we would come back. She said no trouble take a look. After we were looking and fell in love with one she even stayed so we could test drive it. We loved it but it had a rebuilt title. All there do. So I came on here to see reviews because we wanted to know if we’d be OK buying a car with previous damage and if they were reputable. I was sad to see all the bad reviews, but as I continue to read I realized it was all about one person. I certainly hope it’s not the same person who helped us because i then consider these reviews to be very unfair. I wish this space was used by reviews from people who actually buy. Oh and I found two of those reviews they were good!
