“Spa-like massage? YES, and WOW! I was in CC on vacation and was in pain due to stress. I called all the usual spas and couldn't get in. I called TKO and was worried this was a clinic for sports injuries. Part of it is, but they've also started doing massages like you would get in a fancy spa - complete with relaxing music, a water feature, aromatherapy, etc. Sabas Montelongo worked out my stress like magic. He listened to me then went with precision to the spots that needed work and relieved the pressure. I had instant relief. I'm so glad I called, and I'd go back tomorrow if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“I like Stripes convenience stores very much and I had a particularly good experience with one worker in this store. Franceska was extremely helpful and gracious with me. She had wonderful customer service skills and made my visit memorable. I asked her if she was a manager, because she showed up for customers in a way that I expect managers to do - sometimes more than hourly staff. She told me she is an assistant manager and I got really happy for the Stripes company. They made an excellent choice with her and she will be a terrific manager if they can hold on to her. Managers who have both organizational skill and also such wonderful human skills are very in-demand these days. I think Franceska could probably write her own ticket - go into any area of customer service she wants.”

“I attended the 2019 Quilt show in Robstown.TX. Sew Hooked had a booth there and I spied an easy but lovely quilt made from the Villa Rosa Design pattern Stars N Stripes. I found new (to me) military print fat quarters but not the yardage I needed. The graciously volunteered to call the shop and have my order cut and delivered that afternoon at the venue. I was about to leave a bit early thinking I wouldn't be able to get my fabric that day when one of the owners tracked me down to let me know it was there early. They are thoughtful and went out of their was to make me, the customer happy. Glad to have a new stop to meet my fabric needs! THANK YOU!”
