Sean Haley helped me and my girlfriend out in purchasing a truck. We gave him a bit of a run around but he was very kind, patient, and understanding. I’d recommend anyone who goes to Mike Shaw to look for him. He did great! The service all around didn’t take too long and was very easy.

The staff at Mike Shaw Toyota was really friendly. They answered all my questions, and salesman Able Padilla was very patient with me, considering that I had a lot of questions.
I found great car at a fair price, and did not leave with a feeling of loss.
The finance team also deserve some recognition. When I was going through the payment phase of my purchase, there was no pressure. Extended warranties and other offers were made, I accepted or declined, and we moved on to the next step.

Alec was very informative and helpful. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and didn’t just put me in whatever car. He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new vehicle and took the time to explain the features of the car. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a new car.
