My mouth was watering for a Crunchwrap Supreme. Stopped by Monday 2/27/2023 at noon. Drove thru. Clean on the outside. Laura at the window was super kind and patient. PLUS...I also had a Vean Burrito. Delicious!!!

Today I was on my way to a manager meeting at my companies support office in Phoenix. On the way I decided to stop by this Taco Bell to grab a crunch wrap. I know I’ve been to this location before but it’s been many years. I ordered my food pretty quick and easy since I knew what I wanted. I got up to the window and was greeted by an employee I believe from the receipt her name was Laura D. When I tell you I received the best customer service ever I swear I did! She was very easy to talk to, personable and she even told me that I was pretty! Mind you the day before I got up at 6 am got off work. Rushed my son to the ER, left the ER at 4:45 am and went to work by 8 am. Worked the morning and heading to my meeting in Phoenix and 1:30p. At this point I’m running on fumes. But Laura brightened my day with amazing service and a wonderful compliment. I love it. Laura you rock. Thank you so much for a phenomenal experience. To top it off, my crunch wrap was DELICIOUS!

Angela B at the drive-thru window was just AMAZING. She exhibits exemplary customer service skills and made our brief visit fantastic. She needs to be paid more and compensated for what she's worth, and also be in charge of training all the staff. She's a superstar. And the breakfast box was great, too - and worth the $5. Highly recommended - and nothing but the highest praise for Angela B.

Three crunchy taco supreme! I did not get a chance to take a photo I am sorry I was extremely hungry and I swallowed those hole! The only downfall is it’s a very busy location and I had to wait for about 10 minutes. Overall tacos were made to perfection using quality ingredients and crispy lettuce
