As for her policy for new patients, I know you had to call either at the end or beginning of the month to see if she was taking new patients (I had to do this for both my mother and husband). Her staff is great and I have never had an issue with any of them. She is a great doctor but is also very blunt and straightforward; does not sugarcoat & coddle the patient. (Some people may be put off by her bedside manner and get their feeling hurt.) However, she takes your health & treatment very seriously.”

“I’m from Dallas Fort Worth. Somehow managed to cripple myself while here on vacation with a pulled muscle that left me feeling like I was being stabbed to death from the inside. What wasn’t being stabbed or beaten inside was numb outside. On a scale of 1-10 my pain was dilated to a 10 give birth level pain and I was on the floor and couldn’t move. With Port A 911 help I managed to get to the car and arrive at their recommendation here at Surepoint at 2am. This staff helped me from car to room, from absolute misery to feeling like they handed me my life back in the form of one shot with a cocktail of feel well drugs. Sent me off and Rx exactly what I needed. They were 100% pro and 100% kind. And it was not the bank buster I thought I would have. This is no vacation! But they definitely handled me with TLC and “fixed me” as best and fast as they possibly could. Five stars is not enough. Honestly. They are off the chart.”
