“Best tacos I've had! Most places like to leave eggs slightly runny (which is straight up dangerous) they dont. (Having worked at a taco laredo I get why because the steam tables are so hot they slowly cook/dry food out over time and eggs are the quickest to cook) but I'd rather have a dry egg over a runny egg any day.. So finally a place that doesnt do that! The morning shift is fast.. even when busy I get the order within 10 minutes. Their potatoes are cooked just how I like it.. CRISPY! I love this Taco Laredo.”
