(December 1, 2020, 5:20 am)The easiest transition into a new plan and new phones. From the start, a great selection of phones and awesome deals for family plans. Getting a new phone has always felt like a hassle. However, this time it went so smooth, getting a new plan, 3 new phones and even the transfer of data from old to new. They went step by step explaining it to my parents in Spanish, while having a little surprise for my daughter to help her ease the wait. Great location, ample parking, awesome bilingual customer service staff. Will not think twice about coming back during upgrades. Highly recommend them.
