  Well maintained equipment. Always super clean. Plenty of free weights. Relatively small, local, and I definitely prefer it that way.

  Shane does an amazing job managing this gym. He is very welcoming and encouraging!
  
  Nacy Kocurek does a wonderful job as a yoga instructor. She is very welcoming and kind. She has a very calming voice that helps with the environment of yoga. She also does a fantastic job at explaining the exercises as you do them so that you don’t get distracted and can focus on what you are trying to do. She does a great job at providing options for different levels of experience. So whether you are a beginner or more advanced, you will fit right in!

  I love this gym! Plenty of free weights and cardio equipment. Friendly staff and they keep a clean shop. There is also plenty of room outside to run and get some sun. There are a couple of tires that I use to throw around or hit with my mace. Good community of people who are managing covid as best we can. I'm so glad this gym is open and I hope that it can stay open for the rest of the year.

  Good clean gym with a terrific location in Aledo. The owner and staff are top notch. Easy to park, get in and out without wasting time. Dumbbells go up to 100lbs, they have 3 squat racks, bumper plates, and a large open room to stretch and do some heavy lifting.
  
  The place has a great vibe, membership is affordable, definitely check this place out. It's the only real gym in the Aledo area.

  I have been a member of Aledo Athletic Club for a month now, going 5 days a week. The facility is well kept, clean, with new machinery throughout. Shane has provided me personal guidance on exercises and Dave has been very welcoming and encouraging as well. I was initially apprehensive about joining a gym, but this place is great and the other patrons are friendly. Pricing is fair and there aren't any contracts that lock you in. Their services/facilities are good enough that they keep customers returning without the need for contracts. 10/10 would recommend.
