All Storage - Aledo

We could not have asked for a better experience to calm our nerves during a stressful period. All Storage and JESSICA made this transition THAT much easier. She certainly calmed the nerves and was not pushy at all. Just easy going and helpful. I was disappointed when I didn’t get her on the phone.

Jessica and Celeste were super helpful and extremely patient. So far, we're happy we have made this choice!

Check in was easy. Only problem is that they require insurance for the unit at 15$ a month. We already pay for personal valuable insurance and really I should get to decide if I want my junk further insured or not. Otherwise Jessica was friendly and helpful.

I’ve had my unit at all storage in Aledo for about 3 years now. Every time I have called the staff has been so helpful and kind. The prices are not high, and the place is always clean. I cleaned out my storage one time and cancelled my contract, because I thought I wouldn’t need it, the next day I had called because I needed to get unit and the staff put me right back in my same unit! Like I never left! It was amazing! I’ll definitely keep using this place as long as I need a place to safely keep my belongings. All storage deserves more then 5 stars for their staff alone! Thanks guys your amazing!
