If you’re not using Casey for all your medical insurance needs make sure to do to so immediately. My wife and I personal experience with Casey and working next to him side by side for 2-3 weeks straight was a blessing in disguise. We had a new born coming into this world and had no way of knowing If she would be covered or not. Casey answered the phone every time we called and didn’t pass us off to a team member or voice machine of any kind. He spent countless minutes/hours helping us find the perfect coverage and even went a step above and called on our behalf to our current insurance to fight for us to get the answers we needed.
