Chop and his trainers are all very professional and pride themselves on personal attention. Accountability is a big deal at this gym and Chop ensures he provides the personal attention each member needs to achieve their goals. “Scheduled my appointment online and it was very user friendly. I came in because my back was having spasms. The clinic is very cool and welcoming. It’s got a very relaxing vibe with a classy black and green color scheme. After a quick evaluation by Dr. Phil, he new exactly what was needed and we started doing exercises that would easy for me to do at home as well. We finished by doing dry needling, which looks or sounds scary but wasn’t bad at all. In fact as soon as we were done, my back was relaxed and felt a lot better.”

We received timely communications from them, and Carlos was a great communicator; he texted us with an estimated time of arrival and got here within the window. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and quick, resolving our issue in about 20 minutes. We appreciate the attention to detail and won't have any qualms if we have to use them again.”

“They were fast getting the pizza made and out to us. We were dining in because we were there to see the local football team play. I was really surprised by how good it was. It's not New York or West end in Mass but for Texas it was great. Not a lot of tables to dine at but again it's pizza and most people either order it for takeout or delivery. I would eat there again if I'm ever in the area”
