The store seemed to be maintained and organized. The selection was diverse. The staff could do a bit more customer service training. 1 of the crew were distracted and not fully attentive to the needs of our group all the way till the finish.

The selection of shoes were phenomenal. Vast array of colors and designs. The flow of the store was pretty good. The clothing line was decent. Prices were slightly lower than other big chain shoe stores. I've always stopped in finish line when I'm looking for something unique in a brand I love.

Really really helpful but not pushy staff. Unfortunately they stopped at size 40cm for the pair of Timberland boots I was wanting to purchase. Stock is well set out in the spacious store. Sells runners, casual shoes and boots

I have no idea who the Jay person is, but if you look at all of the reviews under the name you may be able to get an idea of his/her personality. JDs has a wonderful customer base and an excellent staff!
