This was my first visit to campers Inn in Richfield. It was a very pleasant experience. I was not in the market to purchase a camper at this time and this was going to be our first camper. The sales people and managers were very easy to work with and very patient with me. They showed me the service department and explain to me how the process works when I buy a camper. We had a wonderful experience at Campers Inn RV. Chris Albert our Salesman was professional, knowledgeable and kind. As this was our first time purchasing an RV I appreciated how patient and helpful he was answering all of our questions. He listened carefully to what we wanted and was quickly able to show us trailers that met our criteria. He made the buying experience comfortable. We did not feel overly pressured in any way. From purchase to delivery Chris was helpful, attentive and wonderful to work with. The finance manager Johnathan Maxwell was equally wonderful to work with. He was friendly, kind and explained everything thoroughly. He made sure we understood all of our options without any high pressure. Kyle in the service department provided us with a wonderful walkthrough of the RV. He took his time and was encouraging and calmed some of my nerves about how to operate everything. Everyone we encountered on the Campers Inn team was wonderful. We are looking forward to making new memories in our new Palomini 189BHS. Thank you!

After several months of searching we found our new travel trailer today! Our sales rep Chris was very patient with us as we checked out trailers on my list along with ones he suggested. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the various brands and his questions to us regarding what we wanted in a travel trailer. It truly was an afternoon of education and humor. We felt very comfortable working with Chris and appreciated his honesty. We didn’t feel any pressure to buy which was an added bonus.

I'm so glad I found Avirett Automotive place. Been going for 7 months which is the longest Ive stayed with one auto place. I don't have to second guess anything because there's no doubt in my mind about the service and cost.
