Been here for a few weeks quite owner is super respectful and will work with you on site laundry is awesome 👌

Every one seems to mind there business and watch out for the fellow man. Not much room past parking the RV to park other vehicles or any other trailer. Unless a lot beside you is open but the possibility of being told you are going to have to do something different or pay rent on the other lot might be tossed out there. But has not been enforced yet. So large motorhomes pulling your vehicle on a trailer may have to work something out if planning to stay a little while.

Decent place to stay would be nice if they added a few amenities like a laundry room, more room for parking, play ground or dog park but overall if your just needing somewhere to park and get great connections and free wifi it's great.
