We had a great experience with Soft H2O to install our Shell water filtration system with softener and RO. Derrick our technician arrived promptly and did an excellent job installing the system. He was very respectful and answered all my questions thoroughly. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about getting a water filtration system!

Our tech Dylon started out by explaining what he would be doing, and took time to answer any questions I had. SoftH2O was able to re-do the terrible install that was done at the time our house was built, and add a water softener to our whole home system. Efficient and professional install, would highly recommend.

From start to finish, Soft H2O has been great on quick accurate communication, scheduling/planning/coordinating of the delivery of the systems and performing the actual installation. The price of the install was quite reasonable as well. Top notch work from the installer from start to finish (everything looks plum, well secured to the wall and plumbing). He also reviewed with us how the systems work and what maintenance they require for smooth operation for years to come. We're very happy with the total experience from Soft H2O!
