Our first visit to Springtown Park. You’ve heard that first impressions are important. The entire staff was friendly and professional. This is a much needed facility for this area and so glad they are here.
Shelly was fantastic with my mom & so was Judy & mandy. These 3 were my mom's favorites. She's 92 and had fallen and fractured her pelvic and tail bones. And throw pneumonia in on top of it. She has always been independent up until last year when she finally agreed to move in. The facilities are the nicest and cleanest that I have seen. Everyone from the kitchen workers to nursing aides to nursing staff are very friendly and honestly care about the patients there.
My family and I have been very impressed with this home. This is the third home my grandmother has been in and it’s by far the best! It’s a new facility and is clean and very well kept. The staff has been awesome and taken such great care of my grandmother. Their communication has been exceptional and we’ve been able to work with them to give my grandmother the greatest care possible. We’re so thankful to have found such a great nursing home!
My Aunt recently relocated to Springtown Park from a facility in Decatur. This was my first visit after her move. The staff are professional, and personable all at the same time. Security is tight. You have to log into a face scan system to enter.
My Aunt had a few minor complaints that they were working to resolve. But being new, this is not unusual.
Overall, I feel like my Aunt is in a safe and secure place where her needs can be met. It is obvious the staff love her already.

hank everyone at Springtown Park and Nursing & Rehab for making my 86 yr old mother's stay a wonderful experience. Every single employee and resident were so kind and friendly. We were immediately at ease leaving her there because she was so happy. Hannah thank you for jumping on the wagon regarding the "covid issue". And your promptness getting my mother back after her quarantine. You guys were all exceptional!! Merry Christmas
