(August 7, 2023, 10:19 am)I would give Pam 10 stars if I could!! Anyone that needs a key made for a newer VW should call Pam first. My daughter has a 2012 Beetle that only had 1 key when we bought it. Dealership was going to charge around $200 for a new key 😳! I bought 2 of the correct part number blanks from Amazon and had Pam cut and program both of them for less than 1 would have cost at the dealership. Don't waste your money, call Tri County Locksmith!!!

Pam went above and beyond the call of duty not only did she stay past closing for us to help us out of a bind, she did it with a smile and amazing customer service!

(January 3, 2023, 8:57 pm)Met the locksmith in Chico. She made my electronic F150 key and a house key in about 15 minutes. Very pleasant transaction and the price was a bit less than half the Ford dealer quote.
