Great company to work with! We recently had our large area rug cleaned and it came back looking and smelling brand new! Professional and friendly people. Will absolutely use their services again!

Esteven arrive at our house on time, actually a bit early. He was super polite and friendly. He explained the process of what he planned to do and said if I wanted to go do something else, he would do his work and text me when he finished so I could come lock up. (The house is being readied for sale and is empty.). One of the rooms had several spills and pet stains. He was able to get all the stains up and make the carpet look beautiful again. I asked him to clean the tile floors in the bathrooms and he was able to do those as well. It’s been a long time since I’ve dealt with someone so very friendly and courteous. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He finished and he let me know he was done. I received an email with my invoice and it was easy to pay online. They made the process so easy and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. I will definitely be using them again. One great thing is they are located just down the road from me!

Honestly, a great company that I would highly recommend. I work at a municipality and I have used this company consistently the last 3 years. They always do I great job but the reason I'm writing this review is because of their help last weekend. I had an unsanitary situation and I needed the carpets cleaned immediately. Puremerald was able to accommodate me and was here early the next morning. Carpets look and smell great again!

Great customer service! We will be PurEmerald Floor Care customers for life! Our 9x14 rug had dark blue food coloring stains and they were able to get all of the stains out. They were super fast, very professional and communicated every step with us. Best floor care company in DFW!

Emerald Services is wonderful to work with! The owners are amazing and really care about their customers. The employees are easy to work with and very friendly. They got white rugs white again!! Highly recommend using any and all of their list of services
