They not only did a fabulous job and got all the bugs off the front of my van, but I love that you don’t have to get out of your vehicle to pay for the wash! The attendant came up to me in line and took my order for services and ran my credit card on her tablet. Easy Peezy for everyone! All Blue Beacons should handle payment this way or set it up so we can pre-pay on the app. I hate having to climb out of my rig on wet soapy concrete to go to the office. Are you listening, Blue Beacon?! Plus, this was a bigger Blue Beacon that had two bays for tractor trailers and one bay for all other vehicles. It made the line move much faster. But the big perk is paying while in line.
(September 22, 2022, 9:31 am)The Guys at the Blue Beacon Knocked it out this morning!!! Awesome Job Guys, it’s a hit or Miss but today the job was done right. A manager talked to me and he told me when I was unsatisfied to let them know so they could take care of me. Keep up the good work guys, some of us drivers want to look Good going down the road and y’all are the ones who can get it done.
